At 61 years old I had to have a tooth extracted. I was a bit nervous but his Wenk and his staff were amazing at n putting me at ease. They were welcoming and very informative about the procedure. I felt no pain. I was provided with much information about pist extraction recovery. Great place. I highly recommend.

From my consultation visit to my surgical appointment, Dr. Wenk explained everything thoroughly! He was so kind and compassionate and understood my fears and made sure I had a treatment plan that was going to be perfection. The staff was completely professional and everyone was so kind. I saw Dr Wenk regarding an ulcer on the roof of my mouth. Dr Wenk said that he believed that I had a bone growing down from the roof of my mouth and that he would slice the roof of my mouth open, fillet the skin back and chisel off the bone and then sew it back up. My understanding was that the procedure would entail a considerable amount of pain and recovery time. I went to another oral surgeon for a second opinion. The second oral surgeon that I saw said there was absolutely no reason to think that the ulcer on the roof of my mouth was caused by a bone. He recommended that he biopsy the ulcer and proceed from there. He said that he didn't think it was anything to be concerned about. I chose to use the second oral surgeon instead of Dr Wenk. I had the ulcer biopsied, the results were sent to the University of Florida laboratory and came back negative with no further treatment needed. I am so glad that I went to a second oral surgeon rather than going through unnecessary surgery, pain and recovery. I cannot recommend Dr Wenk!
